We recently had our garage doors replaced and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. We initially reached out because one of our garage doors would not open due to outdated tracks. Joe quickly diagnosed the issue on the first inspection, the tech replaced the tracks, and restored full functionality. The tech also went above and beyond by helping me set up the mobile app for our existing motor, something I was unaware was available. We ultimately selected the solid panel option without windows since we primarily store vehicles and value the additional privacy. With plans to repaint our home exterior in the near future, choosing white doors creates a clean canvas for our upcoming painting. The most professional contractors I've ever had work on my home. I only wish I had more garage doors to replace. The team was on-site on-time and were extremely professional. The whole job took much less time than I anticipated the area was cleaner than it looked when they started. The new doors are incredible and the attention to detail on things like securing the power cables and cleaning up the wires is phenomenal.
